Welcome to our web site. As we expand our portfolio of properties in the City of York and the county of North Yorkshire the property details will be included on this site. We have also listed our Vermont ski house which we have been successfully renting for a few years.

Our goal is to provide high quality accommodation for holidays and short breaks and to deliver a service that is ‘hassle free’. Our partner concierge organization can organize travel, tours, tickets etc. and have the kitchen stocked ready for your arrival to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

Nigel was a student at the University of York and we both love York. Our first rental property in the UK, Blake Mews, was our own holiday home.

York is a fascinating historic city and also a great base for visiting the United Kingdom with direct trains to London and Edinburgh.

As a couple, we have travelled extensively across the world with our four boys and enjoy luxury hotels and resorts. We aim to provide a quality of experience that reflects what we would expect ourselves.
