The apartment is in a newly converted building in the center of York on bustling Goodramgate. Access to the city walls is nearby and the station is only a fifteen minute walk. Property is on the third floor and there is an elevator.

Bedroom has a Super King bed. Family bathroom with bath/shower.

Great views of York Minster make the living room a great place to curl up and relax. Kitchen has full range of appliances including dishwasher.

Secure parking is available 5 minutes walk from the property.

All linens and towels are provided.

Please note that single sex groups such as those attending stag/hen events are not welcome.

Owners

We have been managing holiday properties in the US and UK for a number of years.

Nigel was a student at the University of York and we both love York. Our first rental property in the UK, Blake Mews, was our own holiday home.

As a couple, we have travelled extensively across the world with our four boys and enjoy luxury hotels and resorts. We aim to provide a quality of experience that reflects what we would expect ourselves.
